I stand by my products. I use them myself, and should my jewelry break from normal use I will cheerfully fix it, or make a new version (as a couple of you already know). Unfortunately there are new regulations that go into effect this month called the GPSR that prevents me from selling my goods in the EU or Northern Ireland.
I'm a one-person business. I cannot afford an overseas representative, nor does jewelry require safety tests. From my perspective, while this is intended to protect occupants of those countries, it unfortunately also cuts out all but the big companies who can afford to spend the overhead on these new requirements. For more information on the GPSR, go here: https://commission.europa.eu/business-economy-euro/doing-business-eu/eu-product-safety-and-labelling/product-safety/general-product-safety-regulation_en
However. If your heart is set on something, you COULD arrange to have a friend in the US purchase the item and re-gift it to you.
