The Bee Reliquary

Made entirely by hand with precious metal clay and sterling silver, plated with black rhodium and 24K gold, and featuring two bees from my hive at home. There are three settings of yellow cubic zirconia. Bees represent prosperity, focus, and protection. This Reliquary comes in at 6.5 cm tall, and can either be an altar decoration OR worn as a necklace.

Please treat the gold plated areas delicately as it IS possible to wear the plating off.

Bees only live about 40 days during their lifespan; these had already given their life to producing honey for the colony.
